Spring Recreational Area

The Spring Recreational Area is a 10-acre site featuring 2 incredibly unique parks in one site.

The Spring Recreational Area, is a 10-acre site featuring 2 unique parks in one site. One side features the largest public skate park in the country, with over 72,000 sq. ft. of skate surface, a large full pipe, ramps, and competition level obstacles. Dylan Park, at the other end of Spring Recreational Area, is a park and playground dedicated to serving special needs children.

 

The City of Ormond Beach

The City of Ormond Beach, is an upscale community located immediately north of Daytona Beach, Florida.

The City of Ormond Beach is home to approximately 40,000 residents. Multiple landscape service contracts were consolidated into one partner agreement with Yellowstone Landscape, resulting in a more uniform appearance across the city’s facilities, parks, and rights of way.

 

Wescott Park

Wescott Park is the South Carolina Lowcountry’s premier baseball and softball complex.

The City’s goal was to create a park capable of holding high level baseball tournaments, while still providing a park setting for the community as a whole. The result is a split park plan that created two distinct areas (athletic fields and park) connected by a series of educational nature trails that highlighted the wetlands, native tress and wildlife.
